Naturopathy
The initial consultation will be 1 to 1 ½ hours, as I gather as much information in order to understand your unique health needs. This will include your full medical history, current medical complaints, detailed information about your diet and lifestyle, and your goals with regard to your health. A collaborative treatment plan will be prescribed which may include specific herbs (either in a tablet or liquid form), and vitamin/mineral supplements with diet and lifestyle recommendations.
Ongoing sessions will be 30-45 minutes where we revisit health concerns and goals, analyse test results, and make adjustments to treatment plans and/or prescriptions.

Personal training
Individualised exercise prescription and one-on-one training. The initial consultation includes a 30 min goal setting and body composition analysis, preparation of the training package, and set up of a training app with a weekly schedule including a strength and cardio training program.
One-on-one training sessions are offered in the well-equipped private studio with a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises specific to the client.

Functional testing
Naturale-Her offers a range of functional tests that focus on physiological function (i.e. how the body functions at a molecular, cellular, tissue, or organ level) and how the body’s biological and biochemical processes work as a whole. Rather than isolating a single marker as in conventional diagnostic testing, functional testing looks at how a whole organ or process in the body is functioning and how that may be influencing other systems and the patient’s entire health. Both types of tests are recommended in order to draw a clear picture of the root causes of your health problems.
Some of the tests include-
Digestive Stool Analysis, SIBO breath test, Leaky gut/ Intestinal Permeability test, Microbiome mapping, Food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities- IgA, IgG and IgE, DUTCH hormone profile, Organic acids, Hair tissue mineral analysis, Nutrigenetic and nutrigenomic assessments.
